Emory Dance Company

The Emory Dance Company (EDC) is a professionally oriented student performance company. The primary focus is the creation and performance of new work that investigates aspects of our humanity.  I have created twenty-three dances in my thirty years of teaching with each cast. In many ways it is a research lab to explore questions that feed into my professional work. I encourage spontaneity and vulnerability in the studio while we test unfamiliar territory.
